Start with a free Obsecurea account. When the desktop app is available, install it, sign in, and enable filtering for known adult and malware domains. The app will configure your computer's network settings for you. No license purchase is needed for this mode.

What counts as a device?

Desktop or laptop

Each computer using paid protection takes one seat. A Chrome extension paired with the desktop app on that computer shares the same seat. An extension used on its own also takes one seat.

Phone or tablet

When mobile apps become available, each phone or tablet using paid protection will take one seat.

Sign-in sessions

Signing in to your web account does not use a seat. The extension and desktop app can both be signed in on a paired computer without counting twice.

Paid plans start at $25 for 10 devices. The totals above update when you choose more devices.

WHEN YOU ACTIVATE

Your time starts with you.

A license term starts when its key is redeemed. You can add a new key early; the current term finishes before the new one begins. Free network filtering will not consume paid seats.

What free filtering does—and what it doesn't.

Network filtering blocks whole domains. It does not blur an image or video on an otherwise allowed site, and the free mode will not include a personal allowlist. Obsecurea's planned apps will have their own clearly documented coverage and limits.
